Naming Ceremonies

Naming Ceremonies are a popular way of welcoming children into their family and wider community. Many parents choose not to hold a faith service such as a christening, but still want to formally welcome their child and make promises to them, supported by their closest family and friends. Celebrant led Naming Ceremonies allow you to do just that.

Naming Ceremonies can be conducted for babies or for older children. They are also a popular choice for adopted children of any age as a way of welcoming them into their new family. As with all ceremonies that I conduct, naming ceremonies are tailor made for each individual family, focussing on their unique wishes, values, cultures and tastes.

Photographic records and books can be produced to provide a lifetime of memories.

Locations can be varied to suit the family and can include the family home, village hall, local garden, beach front and many, many more.
